Have it in the very first consult, before a single showing is scheduled, and it’s just part of how you work.

Before we start touring homes, I want to walk you through how working together officially works — it’s quick, and it’s better to cover now than mid-search. There are three parts: what I do for you, how I’m paid, and a form we’ll sign that protects you as much as it protects me.

First — my job is to represent your interests only: pricing strategy, negotiation, contract review, and making sure nothing gets missed between offer and closing.
